Sara Downes OD

Sara Downes is a Clinical Assistant Professor in the Department of Ophthalmology and Vision Sciences at the University of Iowa. She has over two decades of experience in clinical care at tertiary eye centers. She specializes in pediatric eye and contact lens. Her research interests include myopia management, amblyopia, strabismus, and contact lenses. Sara is a primary investigator for the Pediatric Eye Disease Investigative Group.
