Nataliya Babiychuk OD

Cornea and Contact Lens Resident, Indiana University School of Optometry

My name is Nataliya Babiychuk, O.D., and my passion for optometry took root during my adolescent years, inspired by firsthand experience with specialty contact lenses that ultimately shaped my career path. I was born in Ukraine and moved to the United States at the age of eight. My passion for optometry and contact lenses began at the age of 13, when I started wearing orthokeratology lenses for myopia control. I earned my Bachelor of Science in Biology from La Salle University and graduated from the Pennsylvania College of Optometry in May 2025. I am currently completing a Cornea and Contact Lens Residency at the Indiana University School of Optometry. This is my second GSLS meeting and poster presentation at GSLS, and I am thrilled to return after first attending as a student while applying for contact lens residency positions. When I am not immersed in optometry, you will often find me enjoying a good book and a cup of coffee.
