Resident, The Ohio State Wexner Medical Center Department of Ophthalmology - Havener Eye Institute
Dr. Fortman completed her undergraduate degree at Bowling Green State University. She went on to complete her Master of Science in Vision Science and Doctor of Optometry degrees at The Ohio State University College of Optometry. She is currently completing a cornea and contact lens residency at The Ohio State Havener Eye Institute.
