Keith Uyemura OD
Cornea and Contact Lenses Resident, UC Berkeley
Dr. Keith Uyemura grew up in La Cañada, CA. He is a proud double Bear, soon to be a triple Bear, having earned his undergraduate degree in Molecular Environmental Biology with a minor in Nutritional Sciences, followed by his Doctor of Optometry degree at UC Berkeley. He is the current Michael G. Harris Cornea and Contact Lens Resident and is passionate about giving back to his community.
Between undergrad and optometry school, Dr. Uyemura worked at the front desk of the UC Berkeley Eye Clinic as a Patient Services Coordinator and later as a Clinical Research Coordinator in the Cardiology division at UCSF. In his spare time, he enjoys photography, pottery, snowboarding, trying new restaurants, and spending time with friends.
