Christine Yuan OD

I earned my Bachelor of Science in Biochemistry and Cell Biology from the University of California, San Diego. After graduation, I worked as a medical assistant in multiple specialties, including obstetrics and gynecology and dermatology. To further develop my clinical knowledge and research skills, I pursued a Master of Science in Medical Science at Boston University. During the COVID-19 pandemic, I worked at a retinal specialty clinic, an experience that solidified my passion for eye care and preventative medicine. I completed my optometric education at the New England College of Optometry and am currently pursuing a residency in cornea and contact lenses and ocular disease at the Illinois College of Optometry.
