Amber Naqvi OD

Amber Naqvi, OD earned her Bachelor of Science in Optometric Sciences and Doctor of Optometry dual degree from the New England College of Optometry. She has held leadership roles in nonprofit and community based clinics - where she expanded access to care for underserved and special needs populations. Her work spans domestic and international settings and is characterized by a strong commitment to delivering evidence-based comprehensive care for patients with complex ocular and systemic conditions. Her clinical interests focus on the essential role of specialty contact lenses in vision rehabilitation. She is currently a Vision Rehabilitation, Geriatric, and Ocular Disease Resident at the Illinois Eye Institute and The Chicago Lighthouse.
