Alyssa Clemente BA

My name is Alyssa Clemente and I am a fourth year OD student at SUNY College of Optometry. I grew up in central New Jersey and completed my undergraduate studies at NYU. Working with a corneal specialist and an OD with an expertise in specialty lenses before beginning optometry school was what first sparked my interest in corneal disease and fitting irregular corneas. My time at SUNY has continued to feed this passion, and completion of SUNY's contact lens micro-credential has put me on a path to continue my focus in this area!
